California GOP signs onto recall campaigns against Governor Gavin Newsom

It’s about Time! We needed this support to bring this effort home

The California Republican Party is endorsing two long-shot efforts to force Gov. Gavin Newsom out of office, but won’t throw its money behind the proposals.

Jessica Patterson, chairwoman of the CA GOP, on Monday verified a fundraising email the state party sent to its supporters on Saturday highlighting its board of directors’ vote to “support both current efforts to recall Governor Gavin Newsom.”

The endorsement reflects enthusiasm among a vocal base of Republicans who want to oust Newsom less than a year since he took office, and it gives more attention to a pair of recall efforts carried by former Southern California GOP congressional candidates.

The two committees leading the effort to recall Newsom have reported raising nearly $53,000, according to filings made with the Secretary of State’s Office. Republican congressional candidate Erin Cruz raised $5,000 through her RAN Action Fund, while San Diego physician James Veltmeyer raised nearly $48,000 through his “Californians to Recall Gavin Newsom” coalition. Veltmeyer is also a former Republican congressional candidate.

In a November interview with One American News, a right-wing television channel, Cruz said she launched the proposal in an effort to get California “back on track” because Newsom “has been running this state into the ground.”

On his website, Veltmeyer says he wants Newsom out of office because of the state’s tax policy, handling of homelessness and expanded protections for people who unlawfully entered the country.

Despite the lack of party funding into the effort of Cruz and Veltmeyer, Patterson insists she’s fully supportive of their calls for Newsom’s removal.

She believes the state has experienced “third world problems” under Newsom’s leadership, including a string of power shutoffs from PG&E, widespread homelessness and an affordability crisis with high costs for housing and transportation.

“There’s a huge amount of support for it,” Patterson said of the petitions calling for Newsom’s ouster. “Don’t get me wrong. I do know that this is an uphill battle, but it gives us an opportunity to connect with voters right now. People are fired up. People are angry about the arrogance and overreach of California Democrats. Every single chance that the governor has the opportunity to do the right thing, he chooses not to.”

The state GOP’s Vice Chairman Peter Kuo and Treasurer Gregory Gandrud urged the party to endorse the recalls at the board’s Nov. 16 meeting and the 21-member body approved it. The party declined to share details about the voting breakdown, as it considers itself a private organization.

Support for Newsom has dropped among likely California voters since he took office in January.

Recall Gavin Newsome: La Jolla Doctor Wins State OK to Circulate ‘Recall Gavin Newsom’ Petitions

La Jolla California physician James Veltmeyer got good news Friday

DOWNLOAD PETITION HERE

There is a lot of negative press about the 2 recall efforts in California to recall our criminal governor Gavin Newsome. The corrupt and complacent MSM (main stream media) is telling the people of California we won’t be successful in our plight to take our state back.

Well, I’m here to remind you all we don’t listen to satan worshipers who want us to stay silent while the politicians rob and ruin our great state. We have a crazed Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi who is at the helm of a coup to overturn the results of the 2016 election by impeaching our beloved president. The crime he never committed is of no concern to the Democrats, they want him gone at any cost.

The cost is steep. Our constitution is being shredded by these deranged people who have thrown out all due process and actual facts in their heist to reclaim the power they lost in 2016.

Obama left 150 federal judge seats open when he left office thinking erroneously HRC would be his successor. His inflated ego wouldn’t let him accept Donald Trump would ever take office, so he didn’t even try and fill any of them from November til he left office.

The FBI, CIA and DOJ were full of such corrupt and Deep State officials they staged another failed coup with the Russia BS we lived through for 3 years.

We won’t allow these bad actors to run our country and our lives into the ground. Sign the petition and mail in to take Our Home Back! DOWNLOAD PETION HERE FOR FREE

La Jolla physician James Veltmeyer got good news Friday. The state Secretary of State’s Office gave him the green light to circulate petitions to seek the recall of Gov. Gavin Newsom. The bad news? Palm Springs author and speaker Erin Cruz beat Veltmeyer to the punch. On Sept. 7, the state OK’d her own campaign seeking to oust the Democratic governor.

As a result, both Republicans have 160 days to secure nearly 1.5 million valid signatures of California voters. Each. AS A RESULT PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND SIGN BOTH PETITIONS MAIL TO BOTH EFFORTS.

Cruz told One America News that “we hope to send a love letter to Gavin Newsom on Valentine’s Day,” since her deadline is Feb. 13, 2020. Veltmeyer has until March 5 — two days after the statewide presidential primary.

But their efforts remain long shots. And petition drives can’t be combined.

Moreover, the California Republican Party isn’t endorsing either recall drive.

Bryan Watkins, the party’s field and political director, told Times of San Diego in a statement Monday: “We are aware and monitoring the efforts to qualify a recall of the governor. The party has not officially taken a position on these efforts as it has not been voted on by our membership, but we believe wholeheartedly that Gov. Newsom’s governorship has failed the people of California.”

Still, he said the state GOP will be relentless in highlighting what he calls the shortfalls of Newsom’s time in the governor’s office.

“Gov. Newsom and the Democrats in Sacramento have failed the people of California by ignoring skyrocketing cost of living, homelessness epidemic and failing schools in our state,” he said. “In short, we need new leadership to address these issues.”

Watkins also says he’s unaware of either recall drive seeking state party backing.

(A spokesman for the Secretary of State’s Office said dueling petition drives have occurred in the past: In 2009, two simultaneous efforts targeted Assembly member Anthony Adams and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Both failed to qualify for the ballot.

Besides last November’s decisive victory by Newsom over Rancho Santa Fe businessman John Cox, another sign of the long odds is the cost involved. San Diego political strategist Ron Nehring, a former state GOP chairman, noted the expense.

“A recall effort is a very challenging project requiring enormous sums of money and the gathering of a massive number of signatures within a strict time window,” Nehring said Monday. “I’m not aware of either of these efforts having those resources at this time.”

Nehring noted that Darrell Issa spent millions of dollars to fund the successful 2003 recall of Democratic Gov. Gray Davis. “That kind of funding is necessary just to qualify a recall for the ballot, and while well-intentioned, I don’t see the organizers are there yet,” he said via email.

Nehring is sympathetic to recall proponents’ motivations, however.

“The organizers are certainly correct that California needs a new and better governor,” he said. “Gavin Newsom is keeping taxes high, signing bills that further restrict economic opportunity, and lacks the ability to make serious progress on housing and homelessness.”

Recall proponent Cruz didn’t respond to requests for comment. But she’s on the record as saying she wouldn’t run for governor on the same ballot a recall question is posed.

Veltmeyer spokesman Andrew Russo says the drives will proceed on different tracks.

“We are not coordinating with Erin Cruz,” Veltmeyer said. “We considered joining her at first but once we saw her petition, we realized that it was useless for professional, paid signature-gathering and the 8.5 x 14 format would result in many being invalidated because people would print them on letter-size paper.”

Russo says voters can sign both petitions, and the Veltmeyer campaign encourages this.

“But these are two separate recalls and two separate petitions,” he said. “The signatures can not be combined or pooled in any way. We believe ours has the best chance for success as we have our petitions formatted three different ways, based on how they will be used (by people at home, volunteers, or paid circulators).”

Veltmeyer plans on circulating petitions online and via email and social media, volunteers and organizations, and paid signature gatherers, Russo said, and “we continue to raise money in small donations from hundreds of donors throughout the state.”

“We will be advertising and marketing primarily through Facebook and other social media platforms as well as e-mail and probably events until we have raised sufficient funds for direct mail and the more costly forms of paid advertising.”

His campaign has produced two videos. On Monday, Russo said the Veltmeyer effort sent a proposal to Cruz last week at the request of her campaign manager.

“She did not respond to us directly, but just produced a couple of videos attacking us as ‘thugs’ using strong-arm tactics trying to bully her, etc.,” he said via email.

“However,” Russo said, “we will not denigrate the Cruz effort at all.”

2019 Democratic Party Making Policies Just Like the Nazis: Squad Goals

the democrats are the new nazi party
SOUND FAMILIAR??

SCARY SIMILARITIES (Actually it’s IDENTICAL) to Nazi Germany’s and Today’s @DNC….

Democrat Party Impeachment recall gavin newsome
THIS IS SO TRUE AND HAPPENS EVERYDAY

To the editor:

Hitler and Nancy pelosi say same things recall gavin newsome save california

In 2009, acclaimed author Jonah Goldberg wrote a prolific book entitled “Liberal Fascism.” In “Liberal Fascism,” the author corrects the oft mischaracterized Fascist movements in history as, not being right-wing, but more accurately, left-wing movements:

“Contrary to what most people think, the Nazis were ardent socialists (hence the term “national socialism”). They believed in free health care and guaranteed jobs. They confiscated inherited wealth and spent vast sums on public education.

Democratic socialists are communists
LOL

They purged the church from public policy, promoted a new form of pagan spirituality, and inserted the authority of the state into every nook and cranny of daily life. The Nazis declared war on smoking, supported abortion, euthanasia, and gun control. They loathed the free market, provided generous pensions for the elderly, and maintained a strict racial quota system in their universities—where campus speech codes were all the rage.

The Nazis led the world in organic farming and alternative medicine. Hitler was a strict vegetarian, and Himmler was an animal rights activist. Free Health Care. Guaranteed jobs. Confiscated wealth. Attack on people of faith. Support for abortion and euthanasia. Campus speech codes. It is hard to see daylight between 1930 Germany’s Nazi Party, and today’s Democratic National Committee.”

Women democrats wear all white to State of Union Speech by Trump
STATE OF THE UNION DEMOCRATS

This past week, the new DNC Chairperson Tom Perez insisted that any candidate wanting support from the national (socialist) party, must actively support abortion. Are you a candidate who maintains a conscience for life?

Not in today’s Democrat Party. Free healthcare. Free college.

The National Socialist Party or the Democratic Socialist Party?

Who’s to say?

Nazi’s burned books to keep their citizenry from being exposed to viewpoints, not approved by the party. We see the same strategy being employed today, by leftist thugs and their party masters. “Jackbooted,” “black-hooded” thugs unleashed (by George Soros) on college campuses, private businesses and town halls throughout America. If you don’t maintain their viewpoint, they shout you down, beat you, or burn down your facility.

The free interchange of ideas???

Not in today’s Democrat Party.

As we see these tantrums play out, one must ask the question – what are these thugs afraid that people will see/hear?

cnn fake news

That there exists a reality beyond allegiance to government, and free stuff. That people are equal, by nature, and not made equal by diktats of the state. That the free market has lifted more people out of poverty than a generation of redistribution of wealth.

That love thy neighbor beats the pathology of race and class envy. Free speech and the expression of “ideas” is only scary to those who must insist that you toe-the-line. If your thoughts and words are being suppressed today, your personal liberty is not far behind.

Amid Planned Power Outages in California A Deadly Fire Rages in LA

Explain to me how we are having planned power outages to combat a major fire, then a major fire breaks out! This is a false flag attempt to distract us from the real news. The major arrests and corruption the Alliance has uncovered about the Deep State!

“That’s Been Happening” – DEVIN NUNES Claims Democrats Have been Working with Fired Ambassador Yovanovich Before Her Scheduled Testimony

Rep. Devin Nunes (D-CA) went on with America’s Newsroom on Friday before the scheduled testimony of fired Ukrainian Ambassador Marie Yovanovich before the House Intelligence Committee.

Nunes told FOX News that the fired ambassador was working with Democrats before her testimony today.

Rep. Devin Nunes: It was well known. We’ve had both former officials and current officials come and tell us that this was a very partisan ambassador. This was somebody who was not only supporting the Clintons, when Clinton was running, telling the people that Clinton was going to win, prognosticating about it. But also once Trump won was badmouthing the Trump administration in Ukraine, to Ukrainians and State Department staff… We would want to get her on the record, did she support the Trump administration? Did she really say these negative things about the Trump administration? Was she looking at journalists? Was she monitoring journalists in the United States? These are all questions that we want answers to… My guess here is that this is someone who the Democrats have been coordinating with. Let’s not pretend that this ambassador hasn’t been working with the Democrats. That’s been happening.

Yesterday this happened

Then with no power and no way to warn people they were in danger

Disgusting lets hear what our Shady Criminal Governor Gavin Newsome has to say:

Crickets OF COURSE

One man died of cardiac arrest during the night and a firefighter suffered a minor eye injury, the fire department said, and at least 25 homes have been damaged.

The fire was still raging as of 8 a.m. and had grown to become the state’s second largest fire at more than 4,700 acres with no containment, the fire department said. The fire is growing at an estimated 800 acres per hour, Chief Ralph Terrazas of the L.A. Fire Department said.

The U.S. Forest Service joined the unified command Friday morning as the fire is now burning in the Angeles National Forest, according to a news release.

The forest service, L.A. City Fire Department and L.A. County Fire Department continue to battle the blaze, according to the release.

Interstate 210 is closed in both directions between Interstates 5 and State Route 118, according to the California Highway Patrol. Interstate 5 is closed between Calgrove Boulevard in Santa Clarita and Roxford Street in Sylmar.

In Northern California, a prescribed burn in the Eldorado National Forest was declared a wildland fire Thursday afternoon after unfavorable weather conditions drove the fire faster than anticipated, the U.S. Forest Service said in a news release. Unfavorable weather conditions fueled the fire before crews could complete operations

“In anticipation of the upcoming strong winds, fire managers began building fireline and conducting firing operations to secure the fire perimeter,” the U.S. Forest Service said. “Unfavorable conditions over the past few days prevented crews from being able to complete the firing operations contributed tto the incident being declared a wildland fire.”

The prescribed burn began last week and is part of a “multi-year forest restoration project” to reintroduce fire to the forest in an effort to make more healthy and resilient, the U.S. Forest Service said.

By declaring it a wildfire, Cal Fire can now step in and provide resources for firefighting, according to the news release.

In another part of the state, Cal Fire continues to fight the state’s largest wildfire in Mariposa County, the Briceburg Fire, which has grown to 4,905 acres and is 30 percent contained.

Crews worked overnight to reinforce containment lines and began mop up operations within those lines this morning, Cal Fire said. Mandatory evacuations are still in effect and Yosemite National Park remains open.

Highway 140 is closed from Colorado Road to Savages Trading Post, Cal Fire said.

In Riverside County, the Sandalwood Fire, which ignited Thursday, is now 823 acres and 10 percent contained, Cal Fire said. At least 74 structures were destroyed.

This is scary and if you live in California its time to WAKE UP VOTE RED AND HELP US RECALL GAVIN NEWSOME
